For thorough and successful bed bug management, it is recommended that a visit is scheduled after your initial treatment and follow up treatment(s) have been completed in order to evaluate the results of the treatment. To help foster positive and lasting relationships with customers, a PMP should also help educate property owners and/or tenants and provide them with instructions and advice that will help them prevent future bed bug infestations. Good communication with customers throughout the entire protocol and beyond is crucial to ongoing success in bed bug control.
