Speckoz® May Talstar® Professional Insecticide Rebate Program

This promotion is open only to licensed Pest Control Operators who are 18 years or older and who operate in the United States of America.

The Speckoz May Talstar Professional Rebate Program will be paid on Talstar Professional ¾ gallon and TalstarOne® ¾ gallon bottle purchases – minimum purchase of 4 cases (or 16 - ¾ gallon units). Date of invoice must be dated May 1, 2007 – May 31, 2007. Rebate is $60.00 per case or $15.00 per ¾ gallon unit purchased after minimum purchase is met. Rebate does not have a maximum. Only purchases from an authorized Speckoz member are eligible under the 2007 Talstar Professional May Rebate Program. Only transactions in the states where Talstar Professional or TalstarOne is registered are eligible. Mail-in rebate recipients will be reimbursed based on their successful completion of the Talstar Professional Rebate Form and contingent upon receipt of original invoice/proof of purchase. Redemption mailings for Speckoz May Talstar Professional Rebate Program must be postmarked no later than June 15th, 2007.FMC reserves the right to change any or all features of the Speckoz May Talstar Professional Rebate Program.
